Our four rules

• The permit is booked in your name. Every guest’s name and ID is on the Forest Department permit. We never hand you a seat booked under someone else.
• You pay only after it is confirmed. We check live availability, book the permit, and only then send a payment link. If the permit can’t be issued after you pay, you get a full refund.
• One price, stated before you book. Our prices include the Forest Department fee, the vehicle, the guide and our service charge. Nothing is added later.
• No false promises. Tigers are wild and zones are allocated by the department. Nobody can guarantee a sighting or a zone, and we never will.

What we do

We arrange safaris at Ranthambore National Park in Sawai Madhopur: shared gypsy (jeep) seats, canter seats, private gypsies, and stay + safari + meals packages with partner hotels. We handle the permit in your name, the vehicle, the guide and the coordination on the day, and we stay in touch on WhatsApp, phone or email from enquiry to checkout. When the official portal shows a date as sold out, we book from the current, tatkal and premium-tatkal quotas the department releases every day. How that works.

What we are not

We are a private safari booking service. We are not the Rajasthan Forest Department and not the official park website. The park, its zones, timings and every safari permit are controlled by the Forest Department, and you can book permits yourself on the department’s own portal. Our service adds the seat-finding, the vehicle and guide coordination, pickup and support. An honest comparison.

Cancellations follow the rules we publish: Forest Department permits are non-refundable once issued, and stays follow each property’s policy, told to you before booking. See our terms.
