When you submit the quote form, the details you enter — your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), travel dates, guests and chosen safari — are sent to our server, stored so we can answer you, and emailed to our booking team. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp also opens on your device with the same details pre-filled. If you choose email, we send one short acknowledgement to the address you gave and reply to it with your quote. We use your phone number and email only to respond to your enquiry — we do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to bulk message lists. Ask us at any time to delete your enquiry and we will. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we use the details you share — name, contact number, travel dates, guests, ID details required for safari permits — solely to arrange your booking with the properties and the Rajasthan Forest Department permit system, and to communicate with you about it.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can block analytics with standard browser tools. We do not sell personal data. Permit-related ID details are shared only as required to issue your safari permits and are not retained beyond what booking and accounting require.
