A bright, simple village stay a short walk from the forest gate. Spend your money on the safari, and sleep well in between.
A white building with Rajasthani arched windows behind a stone wall and a bamboo gate, with palms and bougainvillea at the entrance. Inside, the walls are painted in strong blues, yellows and oranges, with big murals in the lounge and dining room. Outside are two lawns and a bamboo-clad block in the garden.
The top category. Sunny yellow walls, orange curtains, a wide wooden double bed and a pair of cane armchairs with a little tea table by the window. Simple, clean and bright.
