A friendly, good-value base on Ranthambore Road, with a pool, a big green lawn and the Aravalli hills behind.
A three-storey building in soft rose plaster, with arched Rajasthani windows and a pool courtyard. In front is a long, green lawn with a carved sandstone pavilion and palm trees. A stone gateway leads to a separate garden of cottages under the trees. On clear evenings the Aravalli hills turn dark blue behind it all.
There are only seven, set apart from the main building behind a stone gateway in the garden. Each has stone-clad walls, a four-poster bed, crisp cotton linen and its own sit-out verandah under the trees. All are on the ground floor.
