A new fort built from old Rajasthani stone, with a big lawn, a pool and the hills behind. The tiger's forest is a short drive away.
Crenellated walls, carved jharokha balconies and long arched verandahs in warm red stone. A domed chhatri stands in the middle of a big green lawn, red-roofed cottages line the garden, and the Aravalli hills rise behind. It sits on the main Ranthambore Road at the edge of town, so the drive to the park is easy.
Standalone red-roofed cottages set along the garden, each under a painted, tent-style ceiling. Black-marble bathrooms with a glass-walled shower. The pool is just beside them.
